Content Patch Release: v0.4 - "Morning Coffee and a Summer Breeze "

Here's a changelog of everything that is new:
New Relationship - Meet Charles, the friendly but troubled cafe owner, in unique scenes!
5 new events added (2 in the cafe, 3 in the park)!
5 brand new scenes (12 new videos)!
As per usual, I've written about 4500+ words of story (and quite a bit of the new code too)!
General improvements:
New quality of life widget - the reputation meter! Now you can watch your reputation grow in real time without having to check the Perks menu!
Early Access:
As for my $20 backers - as usual, the 0.5 version is coming to Early Access today! It includes a new relationship in the Library as well as the addition of a rent-payout mechanic (I'm sure you can see where this is going~), along with quality of life improvements and 3 new scenes (13 videos total)!
