What is a bit different this time though, is that while I can sketch them fairly fast, they will unfortunately take longer than normal to finish. The reason for this is that I've got to prioritise a children's book I've been hired to illustrate that is due in january, as well as existing commissions I have to finish. But I could really use some extra money this time of year, and I do enjoy doing commissions, so here we go ;D
Despite the delay, I will sketch out the commission for you in december/january at least :) And I'll keep you updated when I'm ready to get properly started on finishing it :) Most likely I'll get to do that on these new commissions in february, as I'm planning on finishing the rest of the ones I already have in january (thanks for your patience! Been a busy and weird year ^^; )
Large, highly detailed commission will take longer though, because they require more sessions. While grayscale portraits usually take 3 sessions, for example, fullbody commissions with backgrounds and/or color will take at least 8 sessions. But I always do my best on these commissions, and I really enjoy working on them as I learn a lot and get to further develop my art style and craftsmanship with each and every one :D <3
