Quick Update on Personal Training and other Plan Ideas

So, as this bimbo has been doing her Brainwashed Hypnoslut training, she's feeling the best feelings about following it the following way to prevent burnout:

Month 1:
Listen to weeks 1-4. Each week, listen to the Conditioning playlist once at the start of your week, the Fantasy playlist once near the end of your week, and the Tune-Up time once or maaaybe twice in between.

Month 2: Take the month of! Instead of listening, focus on your goals. Do you need to go shopping? Practice make-up, practice posting #selfies!? Take some time for you to be *you*!

Month 3: Then, listen to weeks 5 through 8. And so on! I'm looking to have weeks 9 through 12 updated pretty soon!!

Also, for the Bambi's First Steps calendar, I'm thinking of re-working it to make it suuuuper basic and way more free form. Like, just make it so there are like four core conditioning playlists:

Bimbodoll Conditioning 1-6 and 10
Fuckdoll Brainwash 1-5
Enforcement 1-6
Mental Makeover 1-3 and 7.

And the First Steps Calendar would the invite you to introduce a new playlist after a certain amount of time of listening (rather than saying, "listen to this all of month 3.") And add in optional days to test out Control Loops and Fantasy files.

So like, month 1 would be playlists from
1,2,3,10
1,2,3, [one of 4-6], 10
0,2,3, [one of 4-6], 10
1,3 [two of 4-6], 10

Optionally listen to control files every couple weeks.

Take a break for 2 months (or however little or long you need)! Start thinking about personal goals. Create a private place like a journal, or secret email account for things you might start signing up for, like a private pinterest account.

Month 4 -- dive back in and start listening to Fuckdoll Brainwash 1-5, but keep listening to month 1 playlists

Optionally listen to Fantasy or control files every couple weeks.

Take 2 months off! Start working on your budget and bookmarking things you might want to buy.

Month 7, start adding in Enforcement Files 1-6. Keep listening to all of the above. Make time to experiment with any other files or playlists that interest you.

2 months off! Focus on your health and wellness! Exercise, eat well, sleep well, and gratitude journal! Rid yourself of toxic friendships and focus. on. you!

Month 10 -- Listen to Mental Makeover! And refresh everything else. Keep experimenting with any other files you like.

Then, during these 2 months off, now that you've carefully budgeted and made a wish list, buy what you can afford, and start enjoying your life as a bimbo!!

The timing here is structured like a year. But you could easily reduce it to a month! Say, listen to a playlist from Bimbodoll Conditioning on a Saturday, then start a pinterest board on Sunday. Then, next Saturday, listen to Fuckdoll Brainwash, and then start a clothing wish list on Sunday.

The reason for this is this: Lots of people who give advice about how to listen to Bambi Sleep hypnosis assume, unfortunately, that people who are just starting are ready for full, deep hypnosis conditioning. But that's not the case. Usually people want to dip their toes in and see what it's like. This plan focuses on just core bimbo persona conditioning files (not "reinforcement" or any of the more intense addiction, takeover, or total submission files), and allows you to get a feel for them at your own pace so you don't burn yourself out or stress from not being able to "listen the right way" (there is no "right way"!)

Then, after you've *taken the tour* of files, you can start a more serious and compete conditioning plan if you are ready! The 'Year of the Bimbo' that I'm working on would be the perfect next step. Still gradually guiding you through the conditioning, but this time making sure to include all the advanced conditioning and reinforcement files. These beginner bambis could also skip ahead to the '20 day takeover' plan (my first plan I made) but just make sure to space the playlists out, and focus on only a few days at a time.
