So have the page up and refreshing around that time to get ready to be one of the first. The general public will NOT get this heads up. So this is your advantage to make sure those who want a Founders Edition can get one! But the good news is, after this, the non-Founders Editions will be going live at the beginning of the year. They'll be slightly cheaper, slightly tweaked but missing the signed certificate that makes the Founders Edition's a little more special.
