This is an asset modeled by hand by yours truly, the Hand Fan has Physbones already added to the prefab. It is completely free, however feel free to donate any amount towards it, as it did take time to make. DONATIONS ARE APPRECIATED, BUT NOT REQUIRED.

How To Install
Download the unity package in the folder, install it into your Unity Project, and place the "Fan" prefab in the "Prefabs" folder into the scene.
