Speaking of, when you have art block, it just means you're improving/yearn for improvement. Instead of crashing out and taking a 3 month long hiatus (looking at my past self rn) STUDY! TRACE! TRY NEW THINGS! PRACTICE! REDRAW! KEEP . DRAWING!!...STUDYYYYYYYYY!
A lot of people ask me how I don't get burnt out, I do! Drawing isn't fun when you can't draw the things you're trying to draw! That's why you get the urge to stop doing it.
Think of it as if you're learning a new language.
When you can't complete a sentence because you don't know a few of the words, it's easy to get frustrated, but you can't force what you don't know, so rather than getting discouraged by the problem and walking away... Look up the answer 😸!
Your mental and creative flow will be a looooot more fluid, trust!





On another note!!! How would we feel if I started posting my ship art here? (SFW) (Also 90% IwaOi 😭) Contrary to popular belief I do draw ship art, I just don't post it. "what? Why not??"

[-First and foremost, I wanted my main account to be something everyone in the fandom can enjoy, so I tend to steer clear of ships since stuff like that causes a lot of heated division for no reason and I am not a fan of conflict 💔

-Im a multi shipper and people can't handle the sheer amount of love in my body. Huge huge fan of lesbian Yachi, I also like YamaYachi, I also like Tsukiyama, I also like aroace Tsuki. It just gets confusing for the hardcore fans, because what if you followed me for a YamaYachi vid, and then two scrolls later you see me drawing her over the lesbian flag like what's going on.

-Also, I really only enjoy making super wholesome ship art (or gut wrenching angst, no in-between) but istg no matter how pure the ship art is... Especially if it's mlm.. the comments..? Freaky. Alwaaays some crazy out of pocket never-before-seen freakery. I DONT MIND FREAKERY TO AN EXTENT, like 70% of my fanart is freakay, but it's solo freak, and the comments typically never surpass "it's all over the screen", which is a classic. But when I see a cute drawing of pre time-skip shobio holding hands and half the comments are arguing over who's topping??? yah... my crew lets roll out 😭 it's not safe here]

Explanation over, but yah I wanted to ask how you guys would feel if I started posting my random ship doodles here! I feel comfortable sharing stuff like that with a small audience as opposed to TikTok/insta which feels like an active warzone most days 💔
