Sunday Update: Actually Sunday Edition
Added 2023-09-25 04:57:20 +0000 UTCShout out to everyone helping with the bugs and the typos. The more I fix the more I'm starting to wonder if I'm mildly dyslexic. But that is neither here nor there.
Next update is on the way. Focus here will be two possible game over screens for not so good endings, but one of the endings is quite exciting and dips into some things the game hasn't touched on so far (hint: body modification).
Otherwise, honestly, just trucking along. I'm working on some more night time dialogues to fill in the "firsts" to Catherine properly reflects on them. Something that I've found is real rare but I love when a game does is have the characters up at night thinking about what they did the day before. So more of that as each type of scene plays out for the first time (flash, touch, etc).
Next update will be 0.2.9.3 and the one after that likely 2.9.6 and then .3. Lots of that depends on if all the programming and art will be ready by then for the next mini game. If not then I'll keep doing build up and polishing scenes.
I'm also planning on giving the bar-tending game a major once-over for balance, skill variety, and more depth for a low corruption play style.

i hope body mods just become a part of the game and aren't exclusive to an ending, maybe make it its own side thing that the more you mod yourself the more customers and money you get but the more you lose yourself,

2023-09-25 05:50:52 +0000 UTCTo be honest it would be sick to have some body mods for the game but to have it be just a game over and not like a continuation in some way would be lackluster In my opinion. I understand that adds to your plate and your the one making the game but I think at least for me game overs where I have to backtrack through a save can sometimes be a little annoying and take away from the overall enjoyment and gameplay, other than that keep up the work enjoying all the updates.
