Sunday Update: Delay Edition

First and foremost the next update is going to be delayed a week till the 10th. Genno, the game's artist, got sick last week and it slowed down the last order. Sorry about the delay, but also, this kind of stuff is going to happen. In the future I'll strive to build up some backup content so we reduce delays. After a year of only a few delays and never missing an update I don't feel terrible about the occasional delay, but I also want to be forthcoming when I expect one. People are paying for this after all.

Second to show that I haven't been sitting idle all this time I've been working on updating a bunch of the games systems.

What I've got so far:

Updated brewing screen. Now the stills are on the same page as the brewing UI to reduce the total number of clicks. The actual brewing area map still exists... but now I'll save it for story and sewer exploration for the future.

The battle orgasm skill will now be a state that activates when Catherine builds up enough arousal. She will lose a turn, but buff the customer attention span.

Total battle time is being cut down to avoid unlimited battles. I know some people really like seeing how long they can make the brewing game last, but also I want to cut down on income and make it so a non-corrupt build is just barely able to stay ahead of rent, and allow the corrupt build to make more money but not a crazy amount more.

Increase Catherine's stamina usage (and fixed the rest skill to regen stamina finally). Now resting will have to be used more often along with tending bar, but drinking energy drinks... or the tip jar will allow a way to increase stamina.

Adding new poses for existing skills and adding some new skills for the lower corruption build.

Changed brewing to drastically reduce the time drinks take to brew but also reducing the total drinks brewed. It just means you'll be interacting with the brewing more often. Which is also why I've crunched all the brewing into a single screen.

As always thoughts on these changes are always welcome here or in the Discord.

I like that the non-corrupt way is going to be a hard but viable choise. Makes it that much more rewarding. Like a feeling you beat the system, even if it's been designed that way all along.
