Random Update: Stuff on my mind edition

Hey everyone. This isn't about the next update. This is very specifically about the one after the next update. In the background I've been hard at work to re-build the brewing system, the bar-tending mini-game, and the art. I'm going to try to organize this as best I can. First my issues: A lot of the bar-tending art doesn't quite match in style. The mini-game can be pretty repetitive and un-engaging. The brewing system is bad and adds nothing to the game at all. So I've been working on a solution that fixes all three of these.

First the art: I've commissioned 52 poses for the bar-tending game so every time you pick a skill you get a random pose appropriate for that skill. I wanted to add more variety. Also now that all the art is done at the same time it will all line up in style. I'm an amateur at game development and Genno is an amateur at video game art. His style was naturally going to shift over time and we've been working together for 2 years now. I don't want to spend too much time re-building old art... but I also want the game to be real polished when it is released. The bar-tending art is real important is be consistent for every pose.

Second: The mini-game. So... I haven't made anything you might call a masterpiece with this but it is different than before and I'll lay it out here. Orders will now come in an order. There can be up to 5 orders in the queue. If an order is ignored too long it will go away and cause reputation harm. To avoid orders just piling up the more orders in the queue the less likely a chud is to add a new order but instead take other actions. The less orders in the queue and the more likely special orders for bonus money will come along. This also opens up the opportunity to add additional benefits for skills like Small Talk that kind of lose value at high corruption. This leads to...

Third: Brewing. When the order queue is high an action the chud might take is just grabbing a bottle of beer. Easy (but less) money. No skill based QTE. Just "chud grabbed a beer". Brewing will now be something you choose to do at the start of the day to load up what kind of drink will be available. Drinks that increase the wait time. Drinks that give extra credits. Drinks that give extra cash. Drinks that increase arousal. Stuff like that. Brewing will now just be "pick the drink you want active for that day." The only detail I need to work out is a little story for how each drink is unlocked.

Last: Special service. This isn't in the next couple of updates because... it's going to be quite the undertaking. But I want to completely re-build the special service skill to be a complete pause in the mini-game where Catherine gets on the bar top, or over it, and has a variety of skills she and the chuds can use for just that section. The point is to just provide a whole variety of erotic poses that can happen when special service is active. The point of this is to provide something to do in the bar-tending game for super high corruption to keep that game interesting and because a lot of people have told me they would be sad if the bar-tending game were to completely fall off in erotic content for the waitress game.
