Holstaur Fact Files: AlmaLu and Heifelia

AlmaLu:

Standing at barely five feet tall on a good day, TINY farm manager and head 'matriarch', AlmaLu inherited the position after her mother retired and moved to the quiet delta town Yardledale, halfway between Medowlyn and the major city of Klithia. She is a quick judge of character and saw something special in Pumpkin when he first arrived. She was so impressed with his.... interview that she hired him right then and there.

While most holstaurs tower over regular humans in heights averaging around six-and-a-half feet, AlmaLu is certainly a shortstack. However, she does not let her short stature diminish her role as the leader of the farm. She is responsible for not only the bookkeeping, she is also in charge of looking over the inventory of fresh hay deliveries from the nearby farms, making sure the ladies have plenty of activities to do to keep them fit and healthy.

Her most prized possession is a solid steel spoon that has given to her by her mother. It is the last remaining piece of a set of steel cutlery that has been in their family for generations. They say that one of the great wizards of the ancient world gifted it to their family hundreds and hundreds of years ago when they helped to supply the milk that kept the warriors of the Empress Elanaustra of Thalissa strong and virile in their war against the Dark Sorzerinca of Tor'Jyr, Malgolgta the Cruel.

Steel in this world is worth more than gold. Nearly indestructible iron-slimes have either eaten most of the ore, or viciously guard what is left. While there have been great advancements in the Philosophies of The World, (science), without steel and iron, the world of Kirlan has not been able to advance out their 'bronze age'.

Aside from her duties, AlmaLu enjoys learning new recipes to cook, gardening, visiting the library in Medowlyn. While not as religious as Flurah, she does make sure to get into town at least once every two weeks to making offerings of wild flowers and honey and milk to the Goddess Astitia at her temple in town as well.

Heifelia:

While not from any noble lineage, Heifelia is great in her own way. This holstaur stands at eight-feet, five inches, and is nearly as tall as Uhunko. While many think that she is also part Scovanian like Flurah, given her immense size, she is in fact just a very HUGE Vytonian girl.

Sweet as fresh cream, gentle as a whisper, and kind as a butterfly, Heifelia is the just sort of person you want to have around when you're feeling down. Her hugs are the breast... I mean breasts... I mean best!

Though, I'm not far off. While there isn't a mean bone in her giant body, she might just engulf you in her gigantic jugs, lifting you off the ground.

She can also be found gardening, though she actually doesn't love it. Instead, she knows she can be of use by lifting and MOO-ving heavy gardening supplies.

What she really loves to do is write poems about bugs and insects and the different jobs they have. Though these are just for her, and would never share them with anyone.
