Found throughout Kirlan, these six-inch tall plump pixies are easily identified by their inverse proportions to most of other fairies, with their oversized gazongas dwarfing their petite wings.
Their breasts are so large that it takes quite a bit of effort for them to get airborne, especially in the morning before they've had a chance to be milked.
They live off the sweat of living creatures, so it is not uncommon to suddenly find yourself in the middle of a swarm of these pint sized voluptuous vixens on a warm summer's day.
This colored rendering is accompanied by a sketch from the field journal of the wandering Milk Mage known as Uberius.

2025-12-09 14:45:14 +0000 UTCI sure wouldn't mind milking those boobs to help them as they collect my sweat. Sounds like a parasitic relationship you find in nature, but way more healthy. The field journal entry while expanding the lore in universe, also makes me wish these fairies really existed in real life waiting to be discovered.
