Chair & Barstool from the Santa Monica set - Updates

I just realized that the chair and the barstool used in the Santa Monica Modular Garden no longer worked anymore when they're combined with a surface like a table since the last update.
Fortunately, Modern199227 on Instagram shared how to fix it so here are the updated fully functional files.
Delete the older version if you had installed them and replace it with these ones.
Here is how to fix other files if you need:
- install sims4studio
- put the file which needed to be updated into the mods folder of sims4studio (for example C:\Users\...\Documents\Sims 4 Studio\Mods
- Open sims4studio > object > selective clone
- find content choose custom and find the file in question click next
- check absolutely all the boxes, particularly "Tuning Use 32-bit instances"
- Choose the name and save the file, re-install it
