2/ Nina Verlaan

Context/Story:

This is Faye's entryway. She loves the farmhouse style but doesn't like too much clutter. She has 2 small kids so she is too busy cleaning up after them to have too much clutter around

She enjoys cooking, growing her own vegetables, and caring for her 2 daughters.

3/ Reike

Context/Story:

I couldn't resist participating again, but I tried to do something completely different this time.

This house belongs to Caelan Valesco. A young, highly talented artisan, who inherited a beautiful, little cottage from his late grandmother. Unfortunately his style doesn't even remotely fit his grandmas style, but he didn't want to erase her completely. So he tried to fuse his more eclectic, dark, modern style with her a little bit old fashioned, more romantic and colourful style.

4/ Xenaria

Context/Story:

I have wanted to build a comfy farmhouse with rustic furniture in warm browns and soothing whites for a long time and now your amazing collaboration has inspired me to finally go for it. My entryway comes with two rooms that belong together. I decided to separate them because I felt like the door (and the wreath which I REALLY wanted to place on it!) made it look cozier in comparison to creating one single large room. From the hallway you can enter a wide open kitchen that leads to the dining area and the living room. Other than that this build is still a work in progress and we will see where the other door in the hallway as well as the staircase in the main entry room will lead to!

5/ Candy Kelley

Context/Story:

After the death of her loving Grandmother, Emma Baker, Lillian, inherited her large farm, "Blooming Acres", and all the work along with it.  Lillian knows very little about farming and cows especially, but she's willing to put in the effort to keep her Grandmother's estate no matter what it takes.  She has too many cherished memories with her Grandmother to let the farm fall into the hands of someone who will not see its beauty and maintain it.  There are two picture frames on the wall that are empty.  Before her death, Emma told Lily to keep them empty until she made new cherished memories to place in them.  Pictures she could see every day, that will remind her, she is home.

However, unbeknownst to Lily, Her grandmother, well aware that Lily has no idea how to run a farm, hired the more than capable hands of Rhett Miller to oversee the farm.  Emma Baker, forever the matchmaker, knows that once Lily meets Rhett, love will bloom again at Blooming Acres.
