For those who prefer to download everything at once, here is the Pt.1 of the Farmhouse - Kitchen collection.
The set include:
10 new CC with 8 new meshes made from scratch + 2 floors for a total of 45 swatches.
Everything is base game compatible, HQ compatible and low poly (exept for the barstool which has a bit more polycounts than the other meshes) and has a least the "farmhouse" keyword to easily find all of them in-game.

- Rustic stair stepping stool - 8 swatches - All LODs - Very low poly: 186 to 346
- Kitchen island - 5 swatches - All LODs - Low poly: 2892 to 4657 (<1200 poly per tile)
- Barstool - 5 swatches - No all LODs - Medium poly: 3423
- Kitchen counter - 4 swatches - All LODs - Low poly: 808
- Small counter - 4 swatches - All LODs - Low poly: 740
