Hello everyone 🤗

Here's a post to share in one single place everything that has been created for The Dark Academia (2) Collection in collaboration with KateSimblr so you do not have to scroll through a lot of different posts to download everything.

Here's the full Collection:

60 new CC for a total of 55 meshes and 651 swatches created from scratch by me and a matching build “The small Magnus Manor” created by KateSimblr.

The Millwork set

The Millwork set is composed of 19 new low poly meshes of baseboards, crown moldings, and short and long wainscotings, fully modular and useable in any kind of room shape.

Wallpapers

5 patterned wallpapers with 2 matching plain colors each.

Kitchen:

Recoloration of the full Farmhouse kitchen with counters, cabinets, sink, island, and barstool.

Wall arts:

7 sizes of low poly wall art to create a wall gallery with 27 different paintings.

Desk:

A big desk with details and a shelf at the back for it being placed in the middle of the room.

Rugs:

Typewriter:

Framed art TV:

Framed Antique Art:

Curtains:

Bed set:

While I took care to create my CC as low poly as possible (less than 2k poly per in-game tile) it wasn't possible every time. Although, in my honest opinion, none can be considered as high poly so everything should run smoothly for everybody.
