Brick with border - Floors

Hello everyone 🤗
I've been too sick to work the last 6 days but I hope tomorrow is going to be a normal day because I can't wait to work on a new mesh to share with you all 😍 For those who are following me on Instagram, the new library mesh is now ready to be shared with you later this week 🥳
For now, the only thing I've been able to do is work on this new brick floor. To be honest, I'm not satisfied with it. I want it with a bigger scale, and more contrast and I haven't figured out yet how to create every kind of border possible.
But, I decided to still share this file with you because: it is still a new brick floor, (we do not have many I think), I'm not sure I'll find later a way to make it look exactly as I want, and it still works with a lot of room shapes.
It has borders for:
top+left
top+right
bottom+left
bottom+right
only top
only bottom
only right
only left
left+right
top+bottom
