When I installed the update (my game is installed on an external hard drive), it corrupted it with the Error 0x80070570. So I re-install everything elsewhere and now everything works like a charm 🙏🥳

2024-09-21 17:31:39 +0000 UTCif that doesn't help, then do what I did, go to the EA App, and when you launch the game there is a "Manage" and under it go to view properties and in Advanced Launch Options type in -dx11 and hit save, and try the game.. I hope this helps somehow..

2024-09-21 17:25:43 +0000 UTCSims4Luxury, i can't comment on the News! Post, but your game might be doing that because of DirectX11. Mine was too, try going to option menu and graphics and enable DirectX 9, mine doesn't have that option but i heard that some do..
