I’m so excited to share with you the very first CC I created entirely from scratch in Substance Painter for the Modern Heritage Collection! 🥰

Meet the "Carrington" floors! A timeless checkered marble design that comes in three different scales to fit every type of build: a Georgian townhouse, a Parisian apartment, or a contemporary home with a touch of old-world charm.

Lately, I’ve been so inspired by some insanely talented builders and the entryway from Pretty in the Pines really caught my eye 👌 I wanted to create something that would fit seamlessly with these gorgeous styles: a floor that feels elegant, versatile, and rich in history.

This was such a joy to play with subtle veins and aged textures, and I can’t wait to see how you’ll use it in your Sims’ homes! 😍😍
