⏳ How I Release My CCs (and Why It Takes Time!):

I take a different approach from many CC creators who often release multiple items in a single collection. Instead of grouping everything together, I prefer to publish my CCs one at a time. This means that rather than preparing a single post for an entire collection, each CC goes through its own individual release process, which naturally takes more time.

I enjoy working on multiple collections simultaneously, developing them over months or even years rather than focusing on just one at a time. This allows me to explore different styles and themes as inspiration strikes, creating a varied selection of content over time. Because of this, my CCs may take longer to be publicly released, but this approach gives me the flexibility to create in a way that feels natural and enjoyable for me.

I'm so happy to write this News! post for you! Today, I'll be sharing the 3 latest CCs currently in early access, as well as 5 new CCs that are now available for free download! 🎉

✨ New early access CC: Leina Harmony Wallpapers ✨

The first new CC of the week is here! 🤍 I created these Leina Harmony Wallpapers as part of the McGee & Co Collection, featuring 7 soft neutral swatches for an elegant and timeless look.

This year, I’ve decided to revamp the way I create wallpapers assigned to collections. Instead of limiting them to just patterns and complementary colors, I’ll also be adding variations with crown moulding and wainscoting over time. This way, each wallpaper will be even more versatile in the long run, without slowing down my production of new 3D models.

✨ New Collection Announcement: MODERN HERITAGE ✨

I’m super excited to officially introduce my second new collection of the year: Modern Heritage! 🎉

At the beginning of 2025, I spent a lot of time rethinking my long-term vision. I realized that many of my ideas didn’t fit completely into my Farmhouse or Shabby Chic collections—but they still worked beautifully as complementary styles. That’s how Modern Heritage was born: a collection designed to bring a refined yet timeless aesthetic, blending classic charm with modern elegance.

And to kick things off, here’s the first floor of the collection: Carrington! 🖤🤍

This floor is 100% original, created entirely from scratch in Substance Painter, starting from a simple white square! (Yes, really! 😂) I took inspiration from real interiors—like the stunning entryway of Pretty in the Pines—to design a checkered floor that feels both luxurious and timeless.

Maybe one day, when I finally get 48 hours in a day, I’ll start creating my own dollhouses and sell my original textures on an Etsy shop… but until then, I’ll keep making custom content for The Sims 4! 😂

And here’s the third and final new CC in early access this week—a second addition to the Modern Heritage Collection! 🤍

I wanted to create something versatile and timeless, a CC that could easily fit into any type of interior. That’s how I landed on the idea of an ottoman—a piece that’s simple, elegant, and incredibly useful in many spaces.

To make sure it works for a variety of styles, I carefully created 16 swatches:
🖤 Neutrals & modern tones for contemporary interiors
🏡 Soft, warm shades perfect for cottage, vintage, or coastal styles
🎩 And that last swatch? I don't know about you, but to me, it screams luxury—like something you'd find in a moody, classic British hotel, with that slightly aged old-money charm and a touch of Dark Academia. Or maybe I’m just overthinking it? 😂

This ottoman is designed to be both functional and decorative:
✅ A seat for your Sims
✅ Slots included, so you can easily place a throw blanket, pillows, or any cozy decor
✅ Usable as a surface, perfect for a lamp, books, or styling an entryway

Whether you place it under a console in an entryway, as extra seating in a cozy living space, or at the foot of a bed—it’s meant to be a piece you’ll use often! 😊
