The silver patron tier change

Hi again!

I have long thought about changing the silver tier price to make it integer. The point is the fractional tier price causes some discomfort for a creator to monitor how the campaign goes. There are a lot of different tables which Patreon gives to creator to monitor this and once I made my page I noticed that all those tables gives me different digits of pledging and earning statistics, I think it's because the fractional part of pledge price is probably just ignored for some tables and as a result they may show incorrect data. This causes inconvenience and misunderstanding and I really tired to understand nothing having looked at them.

So I decided to change silver tier price from $4,5 to $5 to finally kill this my problem.

I didn't want to do this before I reach high enough quality level level of my animations and I guess I can do this now.

I want to say that there are no other reasons for doing this except the one mentioned above so I hope for your understanding.

I want to thank you all for your great support, I would not have enough time for making my creations without it!
