October gold animations

Hey! October gold animations completed, hope you like them. It are blowjob for single bed/double bed and the same version for bunk bed.
And because this sequence got too large I split it. I moved doggy stages into a separate sequence leaving only cowgirl animations in the old one and this new animation became a start of the doggy sequence.
I also made some improvements for doggy stages and allowed shoes for them.
Well, hope you like it.

And this time 'Leaning Back Cowgirl (Top Bunk)' and 'Doggy On Bed (Top Bunk)' are transferred from gold to silver.
