Bonus stuff update

Hi! In my game, I used a few small mods for a while, which are now either outdated or not entirely to my liking. I've been thinking about making my own versions of them for a long time and finally decided to dig into the code and do that. So here is the new bonus content.

• Added 'No Elders And Ghosts In Nightclub'

An updated and improved version of the old mod by Diffevair. Doesn't allow elders and ghost as dancers in nightclubs. Now should affect all ghost and not just ghost who died of old age.

• Added 'Less Grimace Facial Overlays'

I know a couple of such mods, but the first is not exactly what I want and I faced some mistakes using another one, so I decided to make my own version to be sure that everything is working properly.

This mod disallows additional facial animations for Happy, Confident, Focused and Inspired emotions, making sims look less silly without those constant stupid smiling. This only affects sims from teens to elders. I didn't touch toddlers thinking that they are silly enough to continue smiling (I remember my own kid, lol), but if you think it would be better for them to be a bit more serious, let me know.

• Added 'No Mosaic All Ages'

An improved version of moxiemason's no mosaic censor that affects all ages and also pets. Note that this mod must override the limited censor that included in WickedWhims, so correct mods organization in purpose of loading order is really important here. Read included Readme.txt file for details.

• Added 'No Random Standard Body Hair'

I used a mod that disables standard body hair for a while but I wasn't quite satisfied with what it does, so I made my own version about this.

This mod disables all standard body hair (both base game and High School Years) for random. I completely disabled only chest and back body hair for females as totally inappropriate, all other male and female hair are only disabled for random. Also the game doesn't allow to disable hair completely, even if the category is disabled, the 'bald' option will stay anyway and the only way to get rid of that is to disable hair growth checkbox. I changed that and now body hair can be disabled completely by clicking on the cross button of the body hair category. In other words sims won't use standard body hair automatically anymore. Personally I think they are pretty ugly.

• Updated children's bodies for more proper tags and hiding from UI.
• Reorganized bonus content structure.
• Updated Readme files.

And of course any mods that deal with the same things will conflict.
