Old Good Bodies update

I did a revision of the sims bodies I use in my game, previously published in the pinned General Info post and found some issues.

It took some time to investigate and fix them as I'm not to skilled in all those mesh things.

I fixed condoms not being visible with Classic WW Male Bottom, adjusted some CAS part parameters and added non-default versions for both male and female bodies.

Cmar's female top has got a significant improvement. Besides fixing a found mesh defect I fixed the incorrect light and shadow distribution, so now breasts now look a bit more round and hopefully prettier, at least after some comparative tests, it seems to be the way it should be. This change also affected nipple textures appearance, so they also look a little bit different now.

Both male and female bodies don't support animated holes. I'm not as skilled in meshing to add them and no one else seems to be interested in doing so. But since in my opinion these bodies are still most harmonious and give a better appearance (including with FBD textures), I prefer to continue using them despite the lack of support for animated holes.

Female bottom supports animated butt but I could not do the same for male bottom because the source mesh files seem to be lost and when I try to extract the mesh from the package, it's extracted with incorrect weights. (Fortunately animated male butt is not too important for non-gay animations.)
