Butt movements update final part and more

Hi! This is the final part of the butt movements update, now all animations are covered with butt movements, of course if necessary. I consider this necessity if female butt are clearly colliding with the partner's body. Also added more slap sounds during sex if suitable.
Some animations have received important fixes and improvements and now look better.
And finally I reworked 'Workout Doggy" animation for workout machine. It's one of my very first animations and it didn't look well, so I always wanted to rework that wooden crap. Now I'm satisfied with how it looks and hope you like it too.
