Picture Stories museum plaques

I have an extension of the functionality of the Picture Stories mod for you today. Now it has a couple of the functional plaques that you can use in your museums. They are EA items which I made functional. These wall decoration and floor sculpture plagues can make you museums more interesting since now you can describe anything there.
They work similar to pictures, but with their own specificity. Unlike pictures you can specify just the name of the plaque only or just its description (the information it contains) and it won't mind the lack of data and will show only the info it has in the notification when a Sim reads it. Oh yeah, children can read the plaques too (while they are not allowed to perform "Remember Story" interaction because this can often be illogical).
Also plaques don't show any tooltip when you hover mouse over them, I made this intentionally guessing that tooltips aren't needed here. I mean something like "This plaque has no info/name" tooltip if you didn't specify the data. So if the plaque can tell something your sim, you will just see the "Read" option" when clicking on it. But it's still a question for me, so if you think that tooltips can be useful here, feel free to tell me your opinion.
Edit: Looks like I was wrong about tooltips. Having tested it more in the game I think hey are needed, because if you have many plaque objects placed in a museum, it's hard to recognize which ones contain data. So I've added tooltips now. Please redownload.
Note: The affected EA plaque objects require DLCs, one needs "Get to Work" and another needs "Get Together".
So it's pretty simple, except I had to dig into the code to figure out the finer points lol.
