Hey! Finally I was able to update the Bonus stuff gravestones for Life & Death game pack, I had to dig into this question a little. So now you can use all build / buy gravestones introduced in the Base game, Vampires pack, Life & Death pack and also edited BakieGaming gravestones updated with extended functionality compatible with Life & Death features.
These objects aren't completely the same as common gravestones that you get when sims die, they are kind of hybrid of build / buy object and normal gravestone and use custom tunings. This means that some normal gravestone interactions aren't available for them, like keeping them in sims's inventory, destroying them in the leave mode, placing then into a funeral coffins, changing the appearance between gravestone and urn. But they don't really need that. Instead, they are keeping the build / buy object features that are really useful to organize cemetery lots and in the same time they got almost all functions of common gravestones.
If you use them with Iced Cream's "Urn Binding and Summoning" mod, this expands their functionality even more (including summoning the normal urn of a dead sim for the funeral purposes for example).
And in addition (if you didn't know) you can turn on the visual effects on the desired gravestones to make your cemeteries look a little more mystic and scary. Edited BakieGaming gravestones have their own original visual effects while the default gravestones have the same mist effect.
