Hey, it’s my first time posting here! Thank you to everyone who has joined, I am so grateful <3. lgh has been one of the only constants in my life these past few years and I feel like we are all a big family :). 

I have been overthinking what to post here bc I’m  basically just a chronic shitposter but I feel like this is supposed to be professional ?? Or is it supposed to be UNprofessional and vulnerable? Is it supposed to be a glimpse inside the mechanics of indie podcasters? Is it supposed to be inspiring and uplifting or dark and moody? Is it just for fun? Are birds real? Who is to say?

tbh I do not have my shit together at all lately. The pneumonia times really set me back w work and responsibilities but *IM NOT WORRIED ABOUT IT!!!!!!* 

(TW: NAT BEING A GYM BRO) -I went to the gym for the first time today since getting sick!! I weighed myself and realized I lost 10 percent of my body weight. That is annoying bc I lost all my gains :( and feel very weak emotionally AND physically. Even walking uphill on the treadmill was difficult bc I felt like I couldn’t breathe and I wanted to quit. BUT I at least got my goal of 30 minutes in. slay. After “working out”, I drank a protein shake with a ton of add-ins that tasted like garbage bc I need to reach max potential asap. If you are starting out at something new or have been set back to “zero” recently, I feel you <\3. Let’s watch a bunch of YouTube motivational speech compilations and get our shit together... together!
