tl;dr A reddit user (whose account is now deleted) posted 19 hours ago to r/aliens. The person claimed to be a former molecular biologist who worked for a national security contractor studying "Exo-Biospheric-Organisms" ("aliens"). They wrote a crazy long post explaining everything they knew and it got a lot of traction. The mods for r/aliens then started having odd things happen to the subreddit (shadow banning, comments being deleted, people barred from commenting, and - finally - the OP's account was deleted). The original post is now locked. If it's a LARP or sci-fi, it's a fantastic one that's still worth a read! I can copy/paste some of my favorite paragraphs in the comments.
