It's been months since this came out but I love this version of the song. It's so refined and you can feel that him and his style have aged so well through this song.... It's like eating a childhood favourite, after years of not having it and it being better than when you were a kid. But a bit beyond just nostalgia.....

I know it may not matter much, but I've heard your solo performances of selfish songs, my favourite being your song with five names ukulele remaster, I loved them ALL. All your solo performances of all your songs were beautiful. I guess I could understand what you mean though because some songs might have empty spaces that need to be accommodated for by yourself, which I could understand being very difficult to execute by yourself. Either way this, blackbox, and atkf are my favourite patreon songs so far, I hope all your next releases are just as incredible!

I play self-ish tunes less than most of my other albums, but mostly because I find they mostly don't translate well to solo performances and I've been unable to play with a band in years. The only reason I said hadn't played Mr. Capgras in years though is because I hadn't toured solo or played with a band since 2019!

It was great to watch and I'm just overjoyed about it. Idc if he's bringing back selfish era songs for now (other than tsw5n) or not but idc. I loved this performance it brought alot of great feelings
