===POSTING SCHEDULE===

This rough outline and description of the monthly posting schedule is pinned here so members have a better idea what to expect and when. The timing of the schedule is a bit loose, but all the content described here and on the main page and in the posts on the #tier info tag is guaranteed every month as described. There will occasionally be slight variations, (such as bonus posts!) and once in a while the occasional item coming a little sooner or later than it says below, but overall this is what you can expect month to month. The content below is all guaranteed!
======POSTING SCHEDULE======
Concert Videos:
Concert videos are shared in batches of simultaneously published posts twice a month. The first batch of 1-2 videos is posted the first weekend/second week of the month, no later than the 15th. The second batch of 2-3 videos is posted the last day of the month! There are always at least 2 videos for Tier 1, and at least 4 videos for Tier 2 and up every month!
Merch Discount Codes:
All discount codes for all tiers posted simultaneously the first of the month!
Q&A Videos:
Usually the third weekend of the month!
Live Audio:
2-3 audio files of live performances in WAV format are shared on a single post, usually the third or fourth week of the month!
Additional Audio / Instrumental Tracks:
Instrumental versions of tracks from my discography are published to Tier 5 with one (sometimes two) tracks published simultaneously, usually in the third week of the month!
Downloadable Discography:
Posts containing my albums in zip files of tracks in MP3 format are already published, and can be found in the #discography tag for Tier 5 members!
The Prescription:
Previously released PDFs of The Prescription are available on a master post in the #the prescription tag for Tier 3 and up! There are currently no plans to publish more (but there may be someday) and if I do I can't make promises about it's schedule.
New members also have access to all previous posts to their tier! And there are still a lot of old re-reboot posts in the other tags, including art from the Prescription for lower Tiers, behind the scenes videos, and tour diary entries.

I got a couple exit surveys saying they were expecting more content, and I didn't understand because I say exactly what people will get in all the descriptions, so I figured maybe the confusion was due to timing. Is maybe the gap between the first and second batch of videos a bit too long, and causing confusion? If I get more exit surveys like that I'll talk to my assistant about possibly going through things and creating a more rigid posting schedule. I didn't want it to feel robotic or be too predictable, I hope that wasn't a mistake, because I've got posts scheduled for release until October 2024 and that would be a lot of work for him haha. Let me know in the comments below if you have any questions/confusion about the benefits/schedule! EDIT: I've also gotten a couple exit surveys saying they didn't get what my page described. I've checked and yes, everything was sent out to everyone. If you didn't get what my page describes, check your spam settings or trash folder on your email app to see if the posts are ending up there! Alternatively, check to make sure you've got the right email address on file! I also recommend getting the Patreon mobile app and turning on notifications! If you're expecting merch and didn't get it, contact Patreon directly about that as they manage that, not me! Fair warning, Patreon's system with this can be a little messy sometimes so there are sometimes delays and occasionally things go missing, but they're usually really good with righting any wrongs! Also double check to make sure you've got your shipping address on file here, and you're clear on your signup date!

i never backed out, but i did assume that all the instrumentals would be released at once, because if i remember correctly all the other album’s instrumentals were (back in the old patreon). other than that, i have been enjoying the videos

2023-01-03 18:25:06 +0000 UTCI initially joined with the £2 lowest tier and had a browse, only getting a few live videos (which I love btw, any new version of a song is welcome) but I then saw many videos I didn't have access to, prompting me to bump up to the next tier, it wasn't too much more money-wise, and I got loads more content, I think people come in expecting more of the '£3 style videos' despite the clear descriptions you've set out, I personally don't have an issue with the amount of content here, as someone who replays live versions for weeks on end, its just a nice bonus to have more every few weeks rather than every once in a blue moon on your YouTube page. I love this little community we've got here, and I'm eagerly awaiting more live songs to sink my teeth into, as well as the live album!

I’m getting exactly what was described and what i signed up for !! Although as others have already mentioned, Maybe spreading the posts out a bit more if possible would be good ! But I’m a lower tier so take that with a grain of salt HEHA :] Either way, I’m thrilled with what I’m getting and I’m sure others are aswell ! I absolutely love the stuff that’s being posted though, Your music has helped me out alot and I can’t wait to see more !! Happy new years aswell <3 :]

I've contacted Patreon about this - thanks for the heads up. I'm starting to wonder if this is why I got those exit surveys, not because of the timing of the posts...

2023-01-03 00:25:07 +0000 UTCokay so i’m on the mobile app (idk if that matters) and if you go to your tier description tab it has the discord icon and it says “includes discord benefits” right under the “join $__ tier” button. but only on tiers 2, 3, and 5 for some reason? not sure if that helps i wish i could post a screenshot in my reply lol.

2023-01-02 22:15:40 +0000 UTCi’m pretty sure i don’t have any meaningful input on this subject (for multiple reasons lol) and i also realize i’m probably a bit late, but just for the sake of you having as many comments on this as possible, i’ll just say i’m personally fine with whatever you decide on. i don’t mind the current schedule since ultimately i can choose to watch or listen to things whenever i’d like and i really don’t think it feels like there’s less content, but if you choose to structure things differently and space things out that’s cool too imo. no matter the schedule the stuff you’re posting is great and i’m really just happy to be here and able to see it :) (also btw in the tier descriptions it still says there are discord benefits?)

A fair number of people have said the chunking of it makes things feel more sparse now, and others say it's neutral. I also imagine people who had no comment most likely didn't feel strongly one way or the other. So I'm trying my best to figure out the course of action that keeps as many people's preferences in mind as possible! Thanks :)

I agree with some of the other replies that mentioned they’d like the content to be more spread out. I definitely wouldn’t feel spammed! it could make the content seem more consistent even though it’s the same amount of videos every month. regardless, just happy to support!

As for the merch, that's supposed to be sent out after three consecutive months of membership, starting in October. So I believe that most likely it'll be this coming month. But I will warn you Patreon's system with that stuff is pretty messy so sometimes it takes a while or things go missing. If you don't get something soon I definitely recommend reaching out to them as they handle all that stuff and I can't personally do anything about it. Thanks so much for the input and the support!

2023-01-02 04:39:14 +0000 UTCI’m a tier 3 member and I agree with what others said about how the chunking of the videos together just makes it seem a bit odd and can make it feel like there’s a big gap between content. I think breaking it up so there’s more consistent release of videos would be a bit more enjoyable, but I think now that you’ve released the schedule, it’ll be a lot more clear for us anyways :)

There's not a lack of content, just the posting schedule makes it feel like less is being posted even though that's not that case. I think I heard from a couple tier 5 people that the first like 3 (I think) instrumentals were shared with everyone when they're supposed to be tier 5 only, but I think that was just kind of a "yay patreon revamp" thing and not a regular thing (the most recent ones were for just tier 5 I believe). So that might have caused some confusion at the beginning. Also, this is probably just a patreon problem and not a you problem but I'm not sure if tier 5s who joined in October should have gotten the 3 month bonus merch yet or not. Would December have counted as the third month or would it be this month? Was gonna ask patreon support this week if I don't get an email about it.

The one thing I'm not seeing on your schedule here that was mentioned earlier - (and this is directly quoting from the tier 5 listing we screengrabbed) "you'll receive everything in Tiers 1-4, as well as downloadable WAVs....and an additional full piece of exclusive bonus merch like posters and apparel every three months of membership for the first year." Did you decide not to proceed with that merch thing?

If it turns out higher tier members in general wouldn't feel spammed I'll discuss with my assistant the idea of spreading the videos out more to keep lower tier members feeling like things are more consistent! And yes, during the reboot period some old posts were removed because I can only do so much to stop leaks and I wanted to at least try to limit the leaking of things I only ever shared because I was more comfortable showing them smaller groups of people. Others were removed to reduce clutter, because I felt the quality wasn't up to snuff, or for various other reasons. But any videos that go up from here on out are almost certainly going to at least be on here for the next couple years unless otherwise stated, which I don't think is at all likely! So yes, your posts will be available long term!

I'm just looking to clarify any questions or confusion and/or get input on the scheduling stuff, the benefits and tiers they're available to are all set, so I'm sorry to say that I won't be able to give you a discount. Regarding your advice - getting my name out there isn't really a concern for me, I already get more attention than I'm quite comfortable with haha! The cost of my merch is fairly normal for band merch (you shoulda heard the prices my tour manager was pushing for!) and considering the cost of production/handling and the label cut as far as I can tell! You can also always wait until the next time there's a sale if you're not happy with the price as is though! But thanks for the input and for the support!

My only concern is how long posts will be available to view. Shortly after I became a basic member months ago, many older posts were taken down. I'm hoping that posts will be available to view for the long term. There's my 2 cents.

More people buying merch is a win win. I know I would buy more if the cost was a bit more reasonable. The extra discount would certainly be encouragement to buy rather than not.

But I totally agree that more spread out posts rather than bunching them up feels a lot cooler ? It doesn't feel like spam, but rather like you're getting to see a new WW video more often. Even if it's the same amount of content , the spread out and frequent posts seem like more. And it actually makes them seem more valuable rather than less because you can focus on one video at a time!

The choice to make them drop at once was to prevent people from feeling spammed, since if they were spread out higher tier members would be getting posts way too often. We figured that would make each post feel less valuable and "just another email from the WW patreon," but there's definitely a chance that was the wrong idea! Are there any Tier 5 members who would like to weigh in on this? Thanks!

I find that when that happens, they are sometimes grouped into a single notification and it’s not obvious until I look at the full Patreon history that multiple things were uploaded. I dunno if that happens with anyone else, but I think maybe if a few videos are lined up at once they could be shared consecutively over the course of 2-3 days instead of all at once to make the month feel more “full”
