Some of y'all never received your loyalty program item (small art-based gift or merch item every 3rd consecutive month for your first year) when you were supposed to, and after some investigation it turns out Patreon had an issue with their system on the start of Q4 2022 - which is exactly when the WW Patreon got rebooted!
After speaking with a member of the Patreon team, they've confirmed that they have narrowed down everyone who has not received an item and are currently in the process of sending their merch or art out!
Things should go smoothly from here! Thanks so much for your patience and understanding, and thanks again for the support.

2023-03-07 22:58:12 +0000 UTCIβm not a member of Willβs team or Patreon, but you should be receiving two if you signed up for the new tiers at the start. The missing ones that are being sent out now are from Oct-Nov-Dec I think, so the Jan-Feb-March ones should be sent out soon
