Hey all, sorry for the huge lag in tutorial drops. I explain why in the video. This tutorial goes over some techniques for creating metallic or mirrored surfaces using a PBR texture. I also talk about some things I do to make my renders more "convincing" and show a cool trick with the Edge TOP when combined with reflective surfaces.

That's exactly what's happening. The sphere is big enough to contain the 3D object, the camera, and all lights. We project a texture onto that sphere using an environment light and it creates the illusion of the object being in a real 3d environment.

When I add the sphere it made my camera only show the sphere as my sphere was larger than my 3d model. Could you share the geo viewer of where your sphere is and where your 3D model is as it looks like theres a sphere and the light and the camera within the sphere shooting the 3d model and I'm a bit confused
