(Dam It!) theme song

There really isn't a need for a comic strip to have a theme song... but if I do a Kickstarter or something, it could come in handy.

But it's based on my plans for the comic.

-----

Life’s a mess, but we’re servin’ fries,
Slingin’ cheese curds, makin’ dreams come alive.
At Beavers, the poutine’s on the rise,
If it’s all over your face, you’re doin’ it right!

We’ve got big dreams and bigger plates,
Bills to pay, but we’re never late.
In the heart of Montreal, where the gravy flows,
The struggle’s real, but that’s just how it goes!

Dam it!
We’re makin’ it through,
Flippin’ fries, chasin’ highs, and lovin’ it too!
Dam it!
With a beaver by our side,
Maggie, Maia, and the gang are along for the ride!
When the world feels wrong,
We’ll put it in a song,
Dam it!
Life’s a mess, but we’ve got poutine!

Maggie’s got her camera, takin’ it all in,
Maia’s in the ring, ready to win.
Felicity’s smiling, Ted’s in the zone,
With Felix, Tristian, Candy—never alone.

Billy’s got a heart, even if he’s stuffed,
The magic’s still there, though life’s been rough.
Innuendos fly, but that’s just the start,
We’re pourin’ gravy straight from the heart!

Dam it!
We’re makin’ it through,
Flippin’ fries, chasin’ highs, and lovin’ it too!
Dam it!
With a beaver by our side,
Maggie, Maia, and the gang are along for the ride!
When the world feels wrong,
We’ll put it in a song,
Dam it!
Life’s a mess, but we’ve got poutine!

Gravy on the floor, chameleon on the wall,
Wrestling with the world, but we’re havin’ a ball.
So come on in, grab a plate, and see,
There’s magic in the mess—and endless poutine!

Dam it!

Dam it!
We’re makin’ it through,
Flippin’ fries, chasin’ highs, and lovin’ it too!
Dam it!
With a beaver by our side,
Maggie, Maia, and the gang are along for the ride!
When the world feels wrong,
We’ll put it in a song,
Dam it!
Life’s a mess, but we’ve got poutine!

Tabarnak! Talk about Identifiable Canadian Content (tm) I must have this in my playlist.

Allan Meyer

It's not likely since I don't have the time to do an animated version, too

John Wigger

Very nice! If your comic goes to animation, you're set!

Sean Jenkins

Love the upbeat music, lyrics fit the sarcasm that seems to be deeply embedded in your comics.

Adam Mease

It was based on a television theme song style

John Wigger

Quite fun. Love the refrain. Works really well. Almost has a sitcom intro kinda vibe ;)
