Version: 1.9
Completed Goals for 1.9 Kobolds
Added color presets (Found in Skin Color Selector these will edit all the body optional color areas for players that don’t want to edit the Kobold but wish for the Kobold to have authentic body colors.)
Added colors for Primary Body Scales only (In Skin Color selector)
Added colors for Horns only (Found in Hair Color selector since the horns material on Kobold uses a different material format than Tiefling horns.)
Added colors for Underbelly Scales (Now will be hosted only in Draconic Sorcerer Scales color selector similar to how Rogue Tattoo functions. Requires Underbelly Scales passive selected called “Underbelly Color”. It defaults to this selection. Hitting Default Appearance will remove this functionality.)
Updated Kobold heads for both body types. 12 Faces that are the vanilla Kobold head with different eye types.
Fixed several Cutscene animations not working correctly, most of the animations if it isn’t you idling in a conversation will be Gnomes unless Kobold supported such animations.
Darkvision has been extended to 18m instead of the 12m vanilla version. (Not sure if this actually impacts anything with the range increase but it is now accurate with RAW).
Kobold Draconic Sorcery now shares the same UUID that Sorcerer Cantrips uses meaning any additional cantrips added from other mods that uses the Sorcerer Cantrip UUID will also display for Kobold’s.
Upgraded Kobold Craftiness to have Origin Proficiencies support allowing Kobolds to select any skill instead of just Arcana, Investigation, Medicine, Sleight of Hand, or Survival.
Made Unique Equipment UUID for both Body Types of Kobold so I can make armor & camp clothes for the Kobolds.
Kobold presets are now set to show equipment that they’re wearing so long as it matches the Unique Equipment UUID that is assigned to the RootTemplate.
Fixed a bug that was overwriting the Kobold Color Presets for Underbelly by adding a blank color preset to the first list of horn colors.
Fixed a bug that was overwriting the Kobold color preset for horns by adding a blank color preset to the first list of horn colors.
Enabled Horn slot selector for future updates to the Kobold.
Enabled Tail slot selector for future updates to the Kobold.
Final Goals For 1.9 Kobolds
These are the remaining things I’d like to do before I settle for Kobold public build 1.9 if I can’t complete these goals soon, I’ll give up and just make what I have done public build 1.9. Most should be able to be resolved since I know what is the source of those problems.
Reassign the animation sets I customized for the Kobolds.
Make new camera presets for character creation CloseUp_A, & CloseUp_B (This should be super easy, I’ve done it for Minotaur in the past)
Fix the bug where the presets are defaulting to Blue Kobolds for all body types.
See if I’m missing an area in the animation list so that I can have the tail continue to swap when casting spells.
Fix the bugged hair list for Kobolds since it should just be showing the Horn colors and not the hair colors without pressing Show Full List.

After the launch of Kobolds of the Multiverses version 1.9, I'll make a video showing how to make your own custom colors using the Official Tool + Assets that can be used to create those colors without having to make them completely from scratch that I'll host on the Patreon page. This way if I missed a color you really want you'll be able to easily make a patch.

I plan to make Gnolls based off the Pathfinder 2 sourcebook just kinda behind on development since I've pretty much had to redo everything I already did all over again when I started working on the Official Modding tool. Originally they where going to make it in the 2.0 release but with the amount of work I'm already putting in and the amount of detail they need I had to postpone it. :) Hopefully Gnolls will be life by the end of 2025.
