The sensations and tabooness of the situation are hard for her to handle.
Instead of a detailed room to assist in perspective, Iโve used moody artistic lighting. You get a hint we are looking up because of the seemingly indoor light source and how its casting shadow on her as she looks down at the parasite. I like dynamic close ups but theyโre hard to portray sometimes. Iโve said before some people thought I made a characterโs legs bigger than a car when it was just a close up. There were no reference points in that drawing a long time ago. I think this is enough reference to show her body is not deformed.
