Ah, it looks like our dear Racoon-kun is experimenting with Rarity's breasts and nipple shapes again. I gotta say I really liked the breasts and especially the nipples on Eg-swimsuits-Rarity2_2! Hope you'll do more puffy nipples in the future, Racoon-kun <3

I personally think that she looks better without her ribs showing, but I could also imagine Rarity being the kind of girl that would make absolutely sure that there isn't a single gram of fat on her stomach, so I really can't blame Racoon-kun for drawing the swimsuit picture the way he did. It makes sense for her character, in a way.
