I love fairy Izuku with Dragon Katsuki!!!
So in my lore (very little provided) after Izuku's village was attacked he stayed with Katsuki to find out who did it. but he's very weakened by the attack and can't fly anymore because of his burnt wings, Kat accepted his help only if he took his fairy size to be able to protect him more easily in case of need.
