I now know several Viking myths that I found incredible, including the one about Loki's children.
So I decided to present Katsuki as Hel, the goddess of the dead. Here he becomes the god of the dead!
Loki had 3 children with the giantess Angrboda hiding in Jöthunheimr.
A wolf Fenrir, a snake Jörmungandr and a woman Hel.
Half of Hel's face is plunged in the darkness of death, the other half in the light of life.
When the gods of Asgard found them, they separated them. Horrified by her appearance, they sent Hel to the depths of the Earth, where from now on she will watch over the kingdom of the dead.
She will now lead the spirits of the dead who died a quiet death to their vessels to follow one of the twelve rivers.
Some of the dead who couldn't be buried in real ships had “ship-shaped graves” made of stone, which Hel could transform into real ships to face their journeys.
It was this passage that I wanted to represent, Hel/Katsuki floating a stone ship across the river to bring his defund to the world to which he now belongs. And it just so happens that this defund is Izuku, and he's going to interest the god of the land of the dead.
