Added 2018-09-02 03:02:26 +0000 UTCJust reaching out to try and understand from patrons what's going on with payment processing on your end. Patreon sent out an email yesterday, the day before processing begins, to announce adult content processing has been moved to a UK processor and will be charging a 3% fee plus a lot of banks will just decline it altogether being an International charge and therefore fraudulent/risky looking. Are you receiving communication or notification from Patreon about this? Last month I had some Patrons with similar bank related issues but were not getting notifications about issues. I've noticed an increase in declines, I'm assuming because of this, but also a much larger than usual increase in canceled pledges. Anyway, I'm sorry to anyone having issues with this but please consider responding here or send me a message so I can get an idea of the issues from your perspective.
