Mapvember Day 5: Pit Mines
Added 2019-11-05 14:38:26 +0000 UTCI did Mapvember for the first time last year, and it is the reason I decided to start selling my maps. This year, I'm doing it with all original content and Chris Hopper is writing adventures, follow/support him on itch.io. For November, we'll be releasing 30 adventures with 30+ maps. This is day 5, Pit Mines, and the adventure is called The Acrid Pit.
Using mines plus my forest maps, I had a whole lot of fun making this one. The culmination of the adventure is likely an encounter with a highly modified earth elemental, I forget what we are even calling it now. Corrupted earthdelver? The stat block looks like a lot of fun and we had fun tossing it back an fourth.
This adventure links directly in with tomorrow's adventure, The Steam Hive. Chris did fantastic work on these! I'm super excited.
