As with every photographer in every session, I always take quite a lot of photos (in digital even more than before on film, as film was expensive) and not all of them are "good" images, of course.
My general rule for the success of a session is when I feel that I have one (yes one!) image of which I can say that it is really "WOW!" - that is an image I would hang on my wall or present in a gallery - and about 10 images of which I think they are "sufficient good".
So there are always various quite similar images and part of the editing work is to select the best ones.
It is not an easy task. Often I am quite unsure which one to select and when I look at the same session much later, I select completely different (sometimes I even feel I should change colors or even change to black-and-white or vice versa).
In this series I show you the images I would have selected from this recent session with lovely Afrodita in Madrid.
If it wasn't for Patreon these would be the only ones I'd publish.
