In Chartres there was a hotel that just looked great from outside, an old monastery, I guess. But inside it was all very modern and targeted to the useful.
Because I did not see a really attractive background for a great photo session (and also because I was quite tired after the long last night and the driving thru the heavy traffic of Paris and it's melt together suburbs) I did not unload the heavy suitcase with all my camera equipment. To do that I would have to take away the mattresses in the car, remove a board that makes part of the platform, open a sealed metal box that is fixed in the car to make it at least very difficult for someone to steal my cameras: without heavy professional tools it should be nearly impossible.
But once in the room, playful Katlyn encouraged me to take at least some more photos of her. I had my little Sony camera in the pocket of my jacket and... well you see it in this small but nice series :-)
