oh, so blue (series)

It is obvious that I am a fan of Spain. Here's another example of a lonely beach as it is possible to find almost everywhere on the Spanish coast, where one can enjoy the beauty of nature - and life - without being disturbed.
Here we are near Agua Amarga (which translates to "Bitter Water") near the Cabo de Gata Natural Park coastline, in the south of Carboneras. Of course these small bays, some with round washed stones, others with fine sand, are so lonely because you need a car to follow the coastal road and then walk a bit. As you can see the area is quite cliffy and the road is a bit away from the actual coastline, on top of these rocks. Views are spectacular, even if there is no such sweet naked girl showing herself open and with joy :-)
Of course I shot some beautiful mermaid nudes (well, without that fish tail, isn't she a nice nixie anyway?) but I also wanted to show some of the landscape surrounding her, the paradisical clear water, the waves of pleasantly warm - not too warm - Mediterranean sea water splashing against the rocks.
Looking on these images I long for taking a bath in the sea, but here in Barcelona the beaches are so extremely crowded that you almost can't even walk between the towels, the water is muddy and you first have to wade through a quite disgusting belt of plastic bags, condoms, tampons and what else the friendly tourists leave behind themselves to let us feel that they were here...
But then, when you go a little bit outside of the city, either up to Costa Brava or down south in direction of Sitges, there are very beautiful places, too. Only for places that are not so very crowded one really must go quite far to the south.
