color contrast portraits (series)
Added 2017-08-20 10:43:03 +0000 UTCI took a lot of portraits during my life as what we call "professional photographer".
Mostly those were very classic portraits taken in the studio: a soft light for the face that will hide pores and wrinkles, a harder light for the hair to give it some luster, standing or sitting in a slight angle to the camera, natural soft colors or black-and-white with deep blacks but soft contrast.
Now I am free, very rarely take a portrait for a customer, and do what I like.
With the beautiful young model Maya I tried to capture her tender sensuality in a position from below letting her long hair falling on me with some motion and the expression that something sweet could happen between her and the one who looks at her now.
Although one can see (almost) nothing of her wonderful girl's body, I think these images are very sexy. They leave room to imagine. To imagine all those beautiful things that I often show in my other pictures.
