Eva is far away

There are many paradises around here. One is the natural park of Montseny with a beautiful mixed forest, a small river flowing slowly over washed out stones, making little lakes of crystal clear water.
It was a sunny day and it was not easy to take the photos because of the high contrasts. The thick roof of trees laid everything in deep shadow intermitted by spots of glaring light. The clouds that passed by made for constantly changing light and I needed quite high ISO (800), slow shutter speed (from 1/50 to 1/125) and an open aperture (2.8) to take these pictures.
The last images of this series give an impression on how dark it actually was in the forest.
I took the images with a 70-210mm zoom lens. On the lens it said it has an anti-camera-shake mechanism, but it did not really help a lot, and I had to hold the camera really fixed and without tremble.
Well, as Eva was at quite a distance, a river between her and me, there was not much reason to tremble. Not yet :-)
