bush in the bushes (series)

Yesterday somebody asked me, who was the hairiest model I ever  photographed, and I didn't have to think a long time: of course it's  wonderful Kyotocat!

I had the luck to have Kyotocat two times in  front of my lenses. The first time she had shortened her huge bush and  shaved the legs and other parts of her beautiful body, but when I looked  close I saw that there would be much more hair if she would let it  grow.

I said to her: if you ever let all your cosy hair grow for a  while and come back to Europe and back to my camera, that would be a  real dream-come-true!

One day, maybe a year later, she wrote me  an email: hey, I'm close to Barcelona. And of course I made a day free  to meet her. We drove to that beautiful nature park where I've already  been once with Eva Lunia, we walked a bit, and found a place I thought  it would be nice to start with the session.

Kyotocat undressed and I prepared the camera. And then I saw her - a dream had come true!

It  was a wonderful session. Kyotocat on one hand is a very professional  model who knows what a photographer wants to see. She doesn't need any  guiding in taking poses and moves in front of the camera as if she'd  never had done something else. If you ask her to move a little bit like  that or change a little bit like this, she understands immediately.

On  the other hand, despite of being really professional, she is absolutely  natural, without the slightest attitude of arrogance, patient and  cooperative.

It doesn't happen often that a model that's having  success keeps it's naturalness without falling in stereotype poses and  attitudes. Kyotocat is one of those rare exceptions.

So no wonder  that many beautiful images came out from that session. ome of them I  edited earlier and you might find them in my tumblr, but yesterday I  made a completely new selection and added lots of never published photos  from that session. I edited them all new, a bit brighter than the first  edits, and all in color.

Here's the first part. More is in the pipeline and will be here for you soon.

Enjoy pure nature!
