Do you use a gmail address?
Added 2018-08-09 09:43:15 +0000 UTCFor some reason google obviously considers my emails as spam. If you use a gmail address for Patreon, please add my email address bear@joinlobear.ch to your contacts. In case you haven't received the new password please check your spam folder.
The bear address is also the one that I receive on my phone, so that I am able to answer you as fast as possible.
(if you use another app than gmail's own to check your email or let your gmail's forward to another address, or check your emails via another account, you must login directly to the account of the respective gmail address to see the content of the spam folder, because google doesn't forward those mails)
