Somebody unfortunately copied an image from here and published it on Twitter. It is even a special case, as the model in this case has only given consents to publish this photo on Patreon within the payed subscriber area and nowhere else.

Every person in a photo or other media has the right of privacy. My models sign an agreement in which they permit me the publication of their images. Sometimes those agreements are restricted to certain uses, as in the described case where publishing is exclusively allowed on my Patreon within the paid subscriber area.

Publishing without the consent of me or the model of a (copied) photo is an infringement of the personal rights of the photographed person, and this is a criminal act, in many countries an offence requiring public prosecution.

I am sorry to bother you with this message. Actually it is meant only for the one "bad guy" of which - at the present moment - I don't know who he is.
