While rummaging through my archive, I came across a few (in my opinion) interesting pictures that I would like to show you today.

As you know, Yana was much more than a model and friend to me, she was a real muse, and it was her idea to photograph us together using a self-timer and to find an artistic expression for the tension and attraction between the young girl and the (even then...) aging man.

So here's a little series with a beautiful and a not-so-beautiful model for you. If I remember correctly, this is the only series in which I myself appear naked and whole (and not just in parts) and I honestly struggled a bit with whether I really wanted to show my nudity, which is far from the male ideal, in public.

On the other hand, I think the pictures are worth seeing as an expression of a relationship in which physical sensuality and the desire to create art came together.

B.t.w., The pictures in the frame are photos that I took as an 18-year-old apprentice photographer of one of my girlfriends at the time....
