Tinder in Medellin (preview)

If you have been here already in August (or scrolled back through the posts) you already know about my little adventure with Belinda in Medellin:

I knew her via one of those dating apps, I don't remember right now if it was facebook dating or tinder..., and as almost everybody on those platforms, also Belinda actually was looking for selling her female charms and talents to what they call "sugar daddy" here. (It seems a bit strange to me, because I thought, a sugar daddy is an older man who finances the life of a younger woman in exchange for being boyfriend/girlfriend, and not for single encounters...).

My profile was clear: I was looking for models for photos, and Belinda's profile didn't mention in any way her actual desires (or offers) but during the session she first indirectly and later more directly she let me know that she wouldn't have anything against to go much further than photos, especially since my session fee obviously exceeded what she was used to receive from her "sugar daddies"... Well, my patrons of "special"-level already know what happened from a video...

When I took the photos I publish today in 3 series for Motivation, Power and Special-level it was already dark night and in that futurist hotel room with "concrete charm" the more or les only romantic thing was the lack of bright light.

Switching on and off the light, b.t.w., was a larger task because everything in this room was handled by a smart phone app over internet. Most of the time it didn't work and I had to restart that hotel-phone (as they explained to me after I wasn't able to turn off the lights at night...). Then, if you were lucky, you could turn on or off the lights, but most of the time I had to restart the phone a second time. Then, because the connection worked over internet, after you found the correct button for the desired lamp, it took a while until it reacted, probably because the signal firs went to China, then to Australia, and finally reached the lamp - at least that was my impression. The replacement of simple on/of switches by an app is one example how one can go far to far in wanting to be futurist and how modern tools can make life much more complicated instead of easier...

Well, even after finally being able to turn on all available lights it was quite dark in that room. So I had to push the ISO of my camera to 3200, which for my Camera (Canon EOS 5D, Mk IV), despite of the promises in the ads, is quite a lot and produces grainy images similar to the black-and-white negative films when you pushed their sensitivity during development.

Also the mix of light sources (fluorescent, LED...) wasn't really favorable to reach good colors. Belinda's beautifully brown skin reflected either greenish or reddish, and it took me quite a while to correct the colors so that in the final series she'd look as similar to the real colors as possible...

In the end, despite of being a shaven girl, I think I can show some nice images to my patrons. As always I publish complete series and you can decide which ones of the photos you consider good and which ones not that much :-)

Here's a preview for my patrons of Signal-level...
